Valor Radiant Gas Fireplaces
and Stoves
The
Valor line of radiant gas fireplaces and stoves is by far my
favorite. In my home I have converted my wood burning fireplace
with a Valor G3 gas insert. WHY? RADIANT HEAT, all of the Valor Fireplaces is designed to provide
the maximum radiant heat out put. Radiant heat is commonly known
as the most efficient, comfortable, healthiest and most natural
form of heat. In fact, the ultimate radiant heater is the sun.
Warmth
felt from the sun rays is not warm air but actually infrared "radiant" energy.
Valor fireplaces are famous for producing high levels of radiant
heat in addition to hot convected air from aluminized steel heat
exchangers. It's the radiant energy that achieves the comfort
level your central forced air system will never attain. The best
analogy to describe radiant heat would sitting outside on a sunny
winter day with a black sweat shit on, you can actually feel
the rays of the sun penetrate your clothes and warm your skin,
this is the feel you get from a Valor radiant fireplace or stove.
AUTOMATIC MODULATION, all Valor products come with a programmable
remote control. This unique control can act as a thermostat to
control your fireplace. Set the temperature on the control and
the control will automatically adjust your fire up and down to
maintain the room temperature that you set. Not only does this
provide superior efficiency, but also does away with the all
on or all off function of other fireplace systems. A Valor fireplace
will usually find a place that it can stay on, by lowering its
output, and provide even heat and still provide a pleasing flame.
ZONE HEATING, with the high cost of energy my customers use the
Valor fireplaces to heat the room they spend the majority of
time in and keep the thermostat turned down on their central
heating system. A Valor fireplace or stove can easily heat 1000
sq ft room. Why pay to heat your whole house when you spend most
of your time in one room?
